Cancellation notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice. 48 hours or more cancellation notices are at NO CHARGE. Less than 48 hours cancellation notices are subject to ONE FULL DAY RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes.

All drivers are required to have a minimum of liability insurance. If paying by cash, all drivers are required to have full coverage insurance.
Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are accepted. Our authorization deposit amount will vary depending on the type and value of the vehicle. Exotic and high-end luxury vehicles will require larger authorization amount. The following are accepted for deposit: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, we can also set up Direct bill and Corp Account.

Insurance and Coverage
All of our cash renters are required to have proof of full coverage car insurance and a deposit plus the cost of the rental up front. If you will be paying by credit card we do offer CDW and SLI insurance.Unless you plan on obtaining coverage/insurance from our company. Please make sure to check with your insurance company that your policy covers you while renting our 12 and 15 passenger vans, as these vehicles are considered R.V`s
Geographic Restrictions
Most Vans will have 250 miles free per day, and $0.29 per mile thereafter on most vans. Our vehicles are allowed out of the state to certain states. You will need to confirm with the rental office what state you will be traveling to. Vehicles are allowed into Mexico with the proper insurance coverage.
